Over 85 pastors and their wives gathered in Queretaro last week for encouragement, training and relaxation. The third Fusion Ministries Pastor’s Retreat was a great success connecting pastors from as far north as Oregon, United States and as far south as Argentina. This event was organized by Paco Damian and Eduardo Buldain, two of Hispanics for Christ’s Field Coordinators and passionate church planters.

There were workshops for men on leadership, purity and church planting. The women had daily sessions of their own with teaching, encouragement and panel discussions. The really exciting result of this week is the relationships started between church planters looking at planting new churches in Guadalajara, Mexico City, Texas, Illinois and many other places in the Americas.

Norm Poelke from the North American Baptist Conference and the entire leadership team from HFC were there to help teach and encourage these passionate men and women to pursue their commitment to the Great Commission. It will be exciting to see what the Lord does through these leaders over the next 12 month!
